Store Policy

Returns: Please note that all items are made to order, it is not created until you have placed your order.  If your item(s) happen to arrive damaged or does not fit, we are happy to work out an exchange for that item..

Exchanges: Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible. Final sale items can not be exchanged nor returned. Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days from the original delivery date.

When booking for a custom appointment please note the following:

• Book at least 6-8 weeks before the day that you need your custom design. If you need to book 3 weeks  before you need your garment(s) back you will be charged a rush fee. Please contact us first before doing so.
• You will be required to pay half of your balance, as a down deposit, after the consultation. The deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance will be due at the final fitting. 
• There will be up to 3 fittings to ensure your garment fits perfectly for you.
• Items can not be returned.

When booking for a alterations appointment please note the following:

• You will be required to pay the full balance of your alterations total the same day as your first fitting.
